Welcome to AtMe, a mobile application that allows its users to schedule calls and chats in advance with their contacts so they can catch up when it is convenient, through the chat/call app of their choice. By using AtMe, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
1.1 AtMe is a scheduling tool for calls and chats and is not responsible for the content of any call or chat. You are solely responsible for any interactions you have with your contacts through the app.
1.2 You must be at least 13 years of age to use AtMe. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
1.3 You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your login credentials, secure. You will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
1.4 AtMe reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the app at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
1.5 You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the app for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
1.6 You must not use the app to engage in any illegal, harmful or offensive activities.
1.7 You are prohibited from uploading sexually explicit images or images for which you do not hold copyrights or trademarks to the app.

2.1 AtMe and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app.
2.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, or use any of the app's content without the express written consent of AtMe.
3.1 AtMe provides the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
3.2 AtMe makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security, or reliability of the app or any of its features.
3.3 AtMe does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3.4 AtMe does not warrant that any defects or errors will be corrected.
3.5 AtMe does not warrant that the app or any of its features will meet your requirements.
3.6 AtMe does not warrant that the app will be compatible with any particular device or operating system.
3.7 AtMe does not warrant that the app will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
3.8 AtMe is not responsible for any costs incurred by the user in accessing or using the app, such as data or internet usage charges.
4.1 The AtMe app may provide links or access to third party services, such as chat or call apps, that are not owned or controlled by AtMe.
4.2 AtMe is not responsible for the content, terms and conditions, or privacy policies of any third party services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party services you access or use through the app.
4.3 AtMe is not responsible for any costs incurred by you in accessing or using third party services, such as subscription fees or any type of usage charges.
4.4 Your use of third party services accessed or used through the app is at your own risk. AtMe will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of third party services.
4.5 AtMe is not responsible for the availability or reliability of any third party services accessed or used through the app.
4.6 AtMe reserves the right to remove or disable access to any third party services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
5.1 In no event shall AtMe, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits, or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether or not AtMe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AtMe, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app, including but not limited to, any violations of these terms and conditions, any infringement of third-party rights, and any actions or omissions that may result in damage or loss to AtMe or any third party.
7.1 AtMe reserves the right to make changes to the app and these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
7.2 The most current version of these terms and conditions will always be available on the app. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AtMe is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which AtMe is based.
